Installation of ACRA

Hii Everyone

i'm facing an issue with the installation of ACRA, it fails at the installation of Biometric Database component installation. the details are as below

Avaya Aura 8.1
IX WFO 15.2
the client is using a remote SQL

the installation shows installation error code 1603.

did anyone face something like this before ??
