Installation Manager Plug in and Resource Manager 1

i have PS4, on the CMC i don't see Installation Managaer or Resource Manager. I know it install when i install on the server. All i have is Application, Printer Management, Administrator, Policies, and Evaluator. Is my server missing something?

So you installed this on all the servers I'm assuming.
Did you install it as "E" or "A" or "S"?

If you can't remember or you need to change it...go to the CMC and click on a server.

Right click on it and go to Metaframe Edition or something like that.
This will tell you what that server is installed as.

It SHOULD be "E".
This is the enterprise edition and it enables all the RM and IM stuff.

it is in enterprise edition but i still don't see RM and IM. Do i need to install something?

Make sure ALL your servers are set to "E".
Then verify that you have installed RM and IM on all the servers by going into ADD/Remove Applicaitons and doing a repair on MPS 4.0.

In here you will be able to view the options you installed.
That really should do it.

I guess the only other thing would be your license key.
Make sure you are using a valid "E" license key...if not it won't unlock those features.
