Installation error

Trying to install second exchange 2000 server. Getting error code 0x80072030 in a message box.

Last couple lines of the install log are:

[20:35:51] Getting DOB for group 0
[20:35:51] Getting string GUID for group 0
[20:35:51] Getting string SID for group 0
[20:35:51] Getting DOB for group 1
[20:35:51] Getting string GUID for group 1
[20:35:51] Getting string SID for group 1
[20:35:51] Leaving ScGetExchangeServerGroups
[20:35:51] ScGetCountOfFilesInDirTree (K:\admin\src\libs\base\basemisc.cxx:2011)
Error code 0XC0070003 (3): The system cannot find the path specified.

Any advice is appreciated.
