I tried to install the Test Version of IBM Cognos 8 Business Intelligence Developer Edition V8.4.
I got the browser view but then I got a SDK-ERR-0064 for the Manager and Framework Manager telling me that the file \IBM\Cognos\Developer\CAM_AAA_Engine.dll is being used by another process.
Trying to install the BI Suite I get the same Error code but the protocol lists an error "class java.util.NoSuchElementException".
Does anybody have a clue what did wrong?
