Hi Good day
I need help my company needs to install nice engage 6.6, but even with the extranice.com guides I could not advance
We want to install from scratch, despite having seen the installation guides I'm a bit lost.
in the specific part of importing the SRT file to the Deployment, I am using the same version of SRT and the same version of the Deployment.
and I get an error "Version string portion was too short or too long"
if someone can help me please
Not even creating an SRT file with the Stand-alone installation, with this leaving everything by default and importing it into the Deployment. It also gives me the same error.
Please Help me.
