Installation doesn't start

I don't know why your startup isn't running. It's just a file that autoruns the setup.
If you go into Windows Explorer, or on a Mac open the disc. You should see the relevant files for initiating the setup. If you're still having problems you'll have to contact adobe, it's not entirely clear what the problem is from your end with the information you provided, it's not easy to recommend a solution.
I went to the doctor a while ago with an ear ache, I had to explain all my symptoms to him, including sleeping paterns and all that and it turned out to be an infection of the Sinus. Where I was just prepared to get some ear drops and hope for the best, I actually needed anti-biotics to fight off the infection.
