installation:: Can't find path for shared library: libCsup_v2.2

hello guyz,
i'm presently installation netbackup enterprise server on a HP server in a client site... the client runs HP-UX 11.0
on adding the licence keys i got the following error:

Can't find path for shared library: libCsup_v2.2
/usr/lib/dld.sl: No such file or directory (134)

A NetBackup Server or Enterprise Server license key is needed
for installation to continue.
i edited the .profile of root user to include /usr/lib but still no luck..


anybody got any helpfil tips on how to work around?
urgent pls..
