I have some software that has been installed on my Server, is there anywhere I can find out where it was installed from. Eg where on the network

The only thing I could think of is to look at the directory where the software is loaded and look to see if there is a log file it made during the install. It might give you a little info on where it is, or at least what maped drive it came from.

Good Luck

Search the registry for the app. It might have the install location.

The best thing I can say is to look at your log files under event viewer, security, application, and see if there is an entry there, other than the suggestions already mentioned that is about the only other way.

Good Luck,
SteelDragon
