Install XP PRO on Poweredge 2850 Server

There is no OS on my server and I would like to set it up as a workstation.

When I try to Install a full version of XP Pro Windows, Boot Manager comes up and gives me the option of choosing an OS but when I choose Microsoft Windows Setup
I get a message saying windows failed to start and

File: \$LDR$
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

Any suggestions on how to install XP Pro??
