Install wordpress on ubuntu and Fedora

I have installed wordpress (localhost/wordpress) on Ubuntu and Fedora.But I got a problem to install new wordpress themes on Fedora.
When I logged in as Admin and clicked install new themes. Wordpress site will ask me to key in username and password for ftp. But this case didn't happen on Ubuntu.Any extra config should I do it on Fedora for wordpress ?
