install video driver on Linux 7.3

I am running Linux inside Windows 2000 using VMware. I have download and the file is on Windows now, I have two questions:

1. How to move this file into Linux operating
2. how to load this file in Linux, the file is .rpm

Please advise

You can copy the file to diskette.
And You can mount /mnt/floppy from Linux.
After that you can copy to Linux.
To Installed .rpm file :
# rpm -ivh *.rpm
The vga driver will install inside to Linux.
