I would like to test the Transmittal Management Version 1.7.1 module on my beta Content Server 10 instance. Any ideas how I could achieve this? I know it's not supported nor do I expect it to work entirely. Maybe the modification of an .ini file? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

I have not seen beta content server. If the kernel version is changed it will not work.If it does not just put it in admin.installmodule and see how far you get

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

thanks for your reply appnair. i can't even extract a module to /staging because it doesn't detect a livelink install. what did you mean by putting it in admin.installmodule?

copy just the transmittal related modules of a 9.7 to the cs10 box and see if it will work.all the installer does is based on a livelink instance it just puts them in its staging directorty

Any 971 modules will need at the very least a compatibility upgrade. A portion of the core updated, especcially around dapinode operations.

This is due to the changes for the multilingual metadata support in 10.
