Install Tomcat 4 on top of JDK 1.2

Hi!

I'm a long-time ColdFusion developer who needs to learn JSP programming for a new project.

I'm using a Windows ME PC with 64 MB RAM and a Celeron 750 MHz processor.

I've installed JDK 1.2 and it works OK.

Can Tomcat 4.0 work with JDK 1.2 or do I need a newer JDK version?

The docs for Tomcat says it will run with J2SE 1.2 or later. Your hardware should be sufficient for learning.
