I have just installed the August Beta release.<br>
Windows 2000 RC1 doesnot have a RESOURCE KIT on the CD.<br>

There is a readme in the directory containing the following:<br>

The Microsoft Windows 2000 Resource Kit Support Tools are not available on Microsoft Windows 2000 RC1 CDs. We are currently revising the contents of this directory. Support tools and documentation will return in this directory for Microsoft Windows 2000 RC2.
