We are trying to install/setup a Cisco VIP2 RK5 Controller on a Cisco 7513 and we can't seem to get our line serial protocol up.
We have a physical loop in port 2 but we can't seem to get the port to go up up.
This is a new card for us to use and we just aren't sure we have missed something or what? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
