Install SecuRemote build 4199 on a Windows XP

I have a user who is getting a message "trying to load SecuRemote kernel" on a Windows XP pc. He is installing build 4199. It then hangs up the system. He also gets other messages re: trying to load miniport. I thought this might be a driver issue. He never had SecuRemote installed on this pc.

Has anyone had this problem?

yes,...this is a known problem ...
you should download the new FP2 ( Feature Pack 2 ) of the NG secure remote .
