'Install Program as Other User' dialog

Is it possible to override this dialog box (which appears when running an EXE as a non-Admin user) by using a switch at the command line e.g. SETUP /X or can it only be disabled by modifying the registry?

It is a permissions issue, as linney noted above.

You want to use SOON.EXE or AT.EXE. They are available for download from MS as part of the Win2k Resource Kit.
