Install Patch in 24 ITG card

I need to install a patch on an ITG card without a Sig Server, I inserted the PCMCIA card in the OTG card drive and it accepted it, what do i do now to load the patch onto the RAM , when i do Pload "p***_*.*** it says does not see it
 
Copy the patches to the Root directory of the ITG

Copy "/A:/IPLxxxxfilename.sa","/C:/EXEC".


To verify success:

cd "u/patch"

ll and user should be able to see the patch that was installed.
pload " patch name" ............. this will load the patch
pins " patch name" ..............this command turns on the patch

pstat display summary of installed patches.

On Switch Patch Tool CLI Commands
The patcher commands are executed either from CLI or under vxWorksShell level.
1. pload Loads a patch file from C: drive into memory.
2. pout Removes a patch from memory.
3. pins Activate a ploaded patch, and puts it in-service.
4. poos Deactivate an in-service patch, and takes it out-of-service.
5. pstat Displays summary status of all loaded patches.
6. plis Gives detailed information about one patch in the system.
