We have them custom made because there was nothing available at the time.
Express Communications Supply has something similar to ours but unfortunately their's is designed to have both the CO lines and extensions for one module on a cable.
We simply have a 25pr with 12 breakouts for 12 extensions. Then we have a separate 6pr that will handle 6 CO ports. The other ends get punched down to 66 blocks. This makes much more sense because extensions and CO lines should be on separate blocks. Also, our cables can be used with any system or module using RJ jack ports.
Should have got a patent while I had the chance.
