Install Oracle 10 on multiple machines

I want to install Oracle 10 client on multiple machines in my company. My clients are Windows 2000/XP.

What do i can use to solve this??

I want this process can occurs automatically. I want to install to a lot of machines on the same time.

Can you put the contents of the client CD on a shared drive staging area and deploy from there?

I don't mind people who aren't what they seem. I just wish they'd make their mind up.
