Install OpenSSL on Apache 1.3.33 running on W2k3 server

Hello,

We have a webserver that is a w2k3 server with Apache 1.3.33 running the website. I have to install an SSL certificate on the server and I cant figure out how to generate the CSR.

I ahve found instructions for IIS and apache running on Linux but I cant find how to generate it for apache running on w2k3 server
