Install Office 2000 on Win2000 server terminal

Hello,
I am trying to install Office 2000 on my win2000 server. I downloaded the ORK and created an mst as directed then I went to the add/remove program and entered F:Setup.exe TRANSFORMS="C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\New Custom Setup File.MST" /qn in the command line as instructed, but then nothing happens after that--- No setup or anything. I just want to setup Office for personal use with really no need to do modifiers or anything for other workgroup computers (they already have office 2000). Can someone give me some insight on what I am doing wrong or a more simple way to do this installation....?????
