Install Micros WS 2010 on Res 3.2 Sp7 Hf6

I am running Windows 2003 on the server and want to make sure CAL will run on this type of client should I choose to upgrade. The helpdesk tells me the OS is compatibile, but I am not sure about the build of CAL.

What OS are you running on the 2010?


I have a couple of 2010 and in the past i had to run netset up in order to get them to run ops. Also iw as running Win2k on them.

When i upgraded my stores to RES 4.6 and UP i had to install cal 3.1.49 (i think thats the cal version)

Provided you are running a new version of MICROS that supports CAL, you would need to install the latest version of the Win32 CAL. Not the same CAL that is installed on WS4's and 5's. I can provide this if it is still needed.
