Install micros 3700 5.4 on windows 7 Virtual machine

I have downloaded micros 5.4 for which I have a license.
I also bought the server and created windows 7 Pro 64-bit virtual machine.
I want to retire my old micros server which is having frequent lock up issues.
Being first time with micros, can someone please send me install procedure for micros 3700 5.4?
Any guidance will be appreciated.
After installation, I will also need to restore the current database and other files, which I don't know yet.
I shall be grateful.

Guys,
I was able to clean install micros 3700, 5.4.1 MR1 on my windows 7 Pro virtual machine with default setting and default Database.
Now I need help on how to restore the current micros database and other configuration files, if any.
Can someone, please explain the process?
