install language for all users

I need the french language installed for every user when they log in. I installed the french language under 'administrator' and I want all other usernames to be installed. I don't want to install it for all my 54 users.
help!

Is this on one single machine? If so, all users are going to have the language pack loaded, but don't necessarily need to use it. The default language should be English, and the users that need to use French will need to change the language as needed.

MUI is a hidden gem of Windows, and you most certainly can push/publish the deployment. Ask your Microsoft rep, as this is an excellent solution for you.
