Install Issues SQL Server Express 2005

I have installed SQL Server Express 2005 using an enterpise windows installer package file. I installed it to my PC using a network domain account HEAHS/50013135. After installation, I cannot see HEAHS/50013135 as a Login, but I can see another domain account I have not heard of HEAHS/50007345. it does not make sense to me that my domain account is not set up as a login by default, and somebody elses is?
Please clarify.
