install issue

I have a Windows 2000 server and a static ip address. I use this a web server for a website. I want to install sometime of email program so i can have email addresses for my website. I use CDOS on asp web pages a lot and want to be able to fire off emails from this web server now. i have no idea how or what i need to but or if i can do this free since i have a domain name and static ip.

can someone help me with this. my budget is very limited but i only need to setup 5 email accounts for CDOS purposes....

please help.

Not totally sure of your requirements, but I got it that you want economy. You can look at this open source app as they also work in the Win environ with limitations.
