install IIS's SMTP service

I have option pack 4.0 installed on an NT machine, however is says that it is Personal Web Server, not IIS installed. This is a problem because I want to use the SMTP service, but it is not installed? Anyone know how I can get this installed or how to proceed?

... try uninstalling PWS and reinstalling the Option Pack. I recommend you install the Option Pack after a clean install of WinNT 4.0. You can also try downloading some other simple and small mail server from the Web.
