I have installed a Laserjet 2600n on my home office PC which is connected via a wireless network to my main studio PC. I can print from both PC's no problem. I have tried to install the software for the HP Toolbox on my studio PC but it isn't fully functional. I can do most things but i can't check the status of the printer. I get an unknown error message saying "Make certain that the device's power cord is plugged in, the power is turned on, and that all cables are properly connected."
Any ideas how to over come this?
