Install FP2000 on XP

Hi,

My present computer runs Win98. I am running FP2000 (which I upgraded from FP98).

I just bought a new system that has XP Home (which I know I have to upgrade to XP Pro to get IIS 5.0).

Will I be able to run FP 2000 on this new machine by installing my original FP98 followed by the FP2000 upgrade CD?

(I also want to be able to run Visual Interdev 6.0)
