I am trying to install Filemaker's application called Donations 2 from a copy of Filemaker's original install disk. We have a nonprofit volume license for 6 users.
After I accept the terms of the contract, the installer asks for a "serial Number". I have been given a "License Key" and that does not work and no other number I have given will do the trick either. An install off of the original disk asked for the License Key and it installed fine.
Are you not allowed to make backup copies or is there a serial number someplace that I'm not seeing?
