I'm in the process of creating the install file for One Button Sync. I ran out of room on my hard drive and had to go clean it up, reran the process again and received the following error:

An error occurred while packaging the installer files: Couldn't write to the file after it was opened.

I'm hoping someone here can help me determine what the issue might be.

Thanks!!!
Felicia

The packaging app probably uses the temp folder for temporary storage until the package is complete. Try deleting all of the files from your Temp folder - Start | Run, then type-> %Temp%

Then, run the process again.

If that doesn't work, look in the GoldMine\Sync folder for a folder with the username for the profile you're trying to create. Delete that folder and try the process again.

Hope that helps!
