When the installing SCO open Desk top 5.0.5 the install process get to 84% Then fails
to build the kernel. Error Message is
"i386ld *command line* fatal: can't open file conf.o for input"
"ERROR: can not link-edit unix"
Then it aborts the install
To start the install at boot we link btld ad160 for the internal SCSI (adaptec 7899 chip set) tried many different boot strings but always get same error.
