install dswin

hi

i have installed th dswin V3 on windows 7 operating system. the dswin v3 has been installed with status complete, but there is error
if the dial list number on the dswin. i think callbridge not working properly. there is error " Dial Number error unknown "

it is possibble installed dswin V3 on windows7..?

Do you have the licensing apps CLA/CLM running on that same PC, or do you have a central licensing server specified in your config? I bought DS-Win but gave up on it because I couldn't import my phone book from the other source I was using ...

DS-Win 3 is not licensed and no CLA is required, and it's not released for Win 7. I've installed it on Win 7 but only to export the data from a DB. Never tried to use Callbridge on Win 7 but again release notes for Callbridge stop at XP like DS-Win 3.

I have DS-Win set up to work with AC-Win2Q, but I never successfully was able to import my phone book into it from the PBX and was never able to get any help. I know the documentation says there is a way, but none of the techs were interested in figuring it out. When it runs it basically comes up on the PC and stays minimized on the taskbar and the attendant pops it up as needed. I never put it into actual use because I wasn't going to key in 1200 phones by hand so I never finished the setup. I tried to import from an online phone book we made, but didn't make much prograss....

So yes, there is a way, but I haven't finished integrating it and we stopped using it before we ever got started!
