Install Downloaded Windows Updates

We are using WSUS but about 50% of the servers need to be monitored during patching. For the other 50% I would like to kick of the installs via a script. What is the code to begin the installation of downloaded udpates? Thanks.

You don't need a script for that.
Go to Control Panel, Automatic Updates
Select Automatic.

This will download and install updates on Windows.
