How do i customize the slice size or in this case partition size when installing aix. Solaris gives that option on installation of the OS but I don't see similar feature when installing AIX 5 on a rs/6000.
 
I don't know that you have that option during the install process as it creates a bootable disk.

As you create other volume groups for the other disk drives you can specify the Physical Partition size.
 
I just answered my own question instead of doing it during install, after install, use smit to increase logical volume then filesystem same effect as solaris during install but instead do it after install.
