SP3 is not suported by CiscoWorks. Could you try in an SP2 server?

I've already try it too but the problem is the same...
But I think I've found where my problem is...
My processor is a Pentium4 and it seems that isn't compatible with the version of Java use in the CDone install !!

Hi,

to solve this problem just remove the file symcjit.dll from jre/bin directory and try to install again...

Hi I have had simialr problems installing cd 2 not found a solution yet but heres how far I got.

Hi all I have loaded CD one of CISCO works 2000 onto a Pentium 4 which worked fine once I updated a dll to prevent java error message. Unfortunately when I try to load any second CD e.g. Campus manager I receive the following error message:-

Cannot create the install dependency file.

Has anyone had any similar issues it is on NT 4.0 Server set up as stand alone with service pack 5 loaded.

Many thanks

Jeremy

I got this message when installing from Hard disk, It turned out that the file copy from the CD had not created the subfolders (due to winzip, as the server was remote all files were copied compressed).
Check you have a sub folder called dependency, again with subfolders. and it is readable.
