Install bandwidthd !!!

I am trying to install the program bandwidthd and is giving problem when I execute ./configure, alerting that it does not have the library libpng, the problem that I installed this library and is functioning and exactly thus the error persists, has as somebody to give a light to me?

I placed below my attempts.

It may be that your libpnd installation is in an unexpected place. Does that configure script allow you to explicitly specify where it can find libpng?
