Install application through zenworks

I install a Kodak camera software and when the user logs in it says to install through Zenworks. How does it work? I go through Zfdapplication to install, but not quite understand how it works or if what I'm doing is correct. I am a novice on Novell. Someone please guide me. Thanks.

Could you describe that process in a little more detail? It's a little vague as to where your problem starts.. What says to install through ZENworks? What dialogs do you see? Error messages? etc.
