install Agent Accelerator for Backup Exec v. 7.0

Hi there!
I have recently installed Backup Exec again on my Server which is running NT.. I want to install the Agent Accelerator, but it doesn't appear on the CD.. I have the QuickStart Edition.. Is this the reason?
