Hi,
I know nothing about ACT but have been a developer for a long time. We are currently using VB.NET 2005 and ACT 2008. I need to write an app. that writes directly to ACT. I looked up info. about the SDK and the DLLs.
What I want to know is, would it be considered a violation of the licensing agreement if I installed ACT 2008 on my development machine? How do other developers test their apps? I don't want to hit the live database.
I'm an employee and not a 3rd party consultant.
Thanks.
Tom
