Hi,

I'm just starting with BCM and therefore I need some help. We have set a CS1K and an SRG 50 Rls 3. When the phonsesets register to the Main Office they download the firmwares that are available in the SS but when I test the phone in local mode the phonesets starts a new firmware upgrade to match the one in the SRG. When the phone registers back to the main office it changes the version again.

I've tried to install the latest firmware version into the srg but I don't know how to do it? How can I make sure that the Main Office and the SRG have the same firmware version?

If the CS 1000 is 4.0 or earlier, then you need MPLR21148 installed. If the CS 1000 is 4.5 or earlier, then you need MPRL23044 installed. Also need to make sure that you do the UmsUpgradeAll command.

If it's 4.5 u need to issue the UmsUgradeAll Command from each Sig Svr that your SRG sets reside on. You may have to reboot the sets several times for it to get newly installed f/w from the SRG.

thnxs!

the umsupgradeall command worked fine
