Install a file in a unknown directory

Hi all,
I'm working with WFWI 5 and don't understand how to accomplish the following task:

If exsists dir A then i must install it in this directory,
elswhere i must install the file in another directory (let's say B).

I don't understand how to translate this in the MSI script editor, or, otherwise, in another manner.
