Install a .bas Macro through VB install into the Normal.dot

I have an application that calls upon a MAcro that i must place in the normal.dot manually. Is there a way to install the Macro.bas into the Normal.dot with a VB script or with the VB package in development install process? If you don't understand what I am trying to do or have some partial idea's to bounce off me please feel free
