Install 5.05 to a new system

Hi,

I have SCO 5.05 running on an old machine and want to move to a new system.

I made boot floppys and cannot load the adaptec ad160 driver in order to prepare the disk for a tape load. Keep getting a low memory error. I was planning to just fdisk, and divvy the new drive, and load from my backups.

I do not have access to the 5.05 CD Rom, have 5.04 and have loaded the driver, have the license # but license code seems to be invalid. I have brand info, where is the license code?
