Its not supported until 5.5 depending on what workstation 6 you have. You may be able to get it working, but i doubt fully.
If your at 5.0 i would suggest upgrading.
Yes it should install fine. You can install RES on pretty much any PC running Windows 7+ without issue. The trick is going to be the CAL version you install. With RES 5.0, CAL won't understand some of the syntax pertaining to the Windows 10 environment, so make sure you're using the older version of CAL (CAL will basically treat it like a windows 7 environment at that point). We have workstation 6 installed in RES 5.2 environments without any issues, and we also use Microsoft Surface tablets running windows 10. At the end of the day, the workstation 6 is just a windows 10 pc without anything really special beyond its form factor being designed specifically for point of sale. Will Oracle help you troubleshoot? Probably not if they go by the official support list. It will still work though.
@Moregelen I installed a version of CAL but need to check if its not the most recent. When I run that version of CAL it gives me the option to place the Server Name and IP and does absolutely nothing. In Devices I added the WK6 and can see its green in Control Panel. But as I said after placing server info in the WK6 it does nothing and goes back the desktop. So Let me check the version of CAL . And no Oracle won't help me troubleshoot.
