install 2007 fails

I am having an issue installing Exchange 2007. I have an existing exchange 2003 right now (single site, single domain) and want to migrate to exchange 2007. I previously intalled the 1st test 2k7 server but it experienced a hardware failure and it died after everyting was installed. I could not properly uninstall and remove 2007. I manually deleted the FYDIBOHF23SPDLT Exchange Administrative Group in the 2003 system manager, (probably should not have done that) and rebuilt the failed server and installed another exchange 2007. The following error occurs when installing Exchange 2007:

Has anyone seen this?
