I see two possible options.

1. Have the SBS2003 server dial into the internet and register it self with a dynamic DNS provider such as dyndns.com. Setup the server to listen for a VPN connection. The outside person can then vpn to the dyndns.com name and connect to the server.

2. Set the SBS2003 server to answer the phone when it rings. Have the remove user dial into the network.

Option 1 is good to aviod long distance calls and allows more than one person to use it at a time. However it will be slow for each user, and will slow down more for each person. This requires that the server be connected all the time.

Option 2 allows for only one user at a time however this is a more secure option. Option 2 can give you long distance phone bills.
