instaling webinterface 2.1

I have just installed the webinterface, and would like to see the login in page.

I type in

http://servername/Citrix/MetaframeXP

but get a page cannot be displayed

and a message:

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Error Type:
Java Exception (0x80004005)
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
/Citrix/MetaframeXP/default/include/layout.inc, line 10



Any clues. I guess it can´t find some jave stuff.

If you installed in on a win2k OEM SP4 box, then yes, it needs the MS JVM which is no longer included on SP4, and is not installable on an SP4 system.

You are right. I have installed it upon a w2k sp4.

I will go back to SP3 and see if it works. That was Very helpful
