instaling & uninstalling Viruscan on client with epo 3.0

Can anyone help me? I try to install & uninstall viruscan on client machine with epo 3.0, but it don't work.I complete all operation to install & uninstall viruscan on client but i have no response from client.However the agent is installed and active on machine client and Update works correctly.
